Yesterday was such a great day for our annual Field Day! Thank you to Mr. Falkneberg for organizing this, and our Student Council members for leading the K-3 groups. It was a great day all around!
Congratulations to Aeron for being our Cougar of the Day today! He receives it for showing honesty and integrity! While on the 5th grade field trip yesterday, Aeron found some money on the ground. Instead of keeping it, he began asking around to locate the rightful owner, and returned it! What a great representative of CES! Well done Aeron!
No racing event is complete without a pit crew! Our fabulous bus mechanic Mr. Bean is on site at the Kindy 500, ready to repair any car in need of a bit of duct tape, string, or love.

Due to the current weather forecast, the kindergarten zoo field trip scheduled for tomorrow has been moved to Monday, May 13!
5th graders Mia and Sophia have recently researched local law enforcement K-9 officer programs. After realizing the high costs of caring for K-9 officers, as part of their 5th grade passion project, they invite all students to help them raise money for local Carroll County K-9 officers. Students can bring money to school, and the class that raises the most money will win a pizza party.
Camp Meek is in full swing today! Life is always better by the fire.
At 08:20 this morning Camp Meek celebrated Morgan as the Cougar of the Day today! He is always choosing the right thing to do, and makes his class a better place to learn and work. Well done Morgan!
