We are pleased to announce that the North Central Nursing Clinics of Delphi, Burlington, Monon & Wolcott will be providing sports physicals at CJSHS May 1, 25 3:30–6 PM last appointments scheduled at 6 P.M.
Cost is $30.00 checks made payable to Carroll Jr. Sr. High School. All proceeds will go to the Athletic Trainer’s supplies to use for our student athletes. Per the IHSAA rule 3-10, ALL student athletes will need to have a NEW physical (dtd on or after April 1, 25) to participate in any type of athletic conditioning, open gym/field/net, practice, or contest. Any physical dtd prior to 4/1/2025 will NOT be valid past June 30, 25.
